Why am I not losing weight?

Although I have lost about 2 pounds, I've been exercising more and eating healthier for over 2 weeks.. what's the problem? i work out almost every day, not going more than a day without exercising. when i do exercise, i do so for at least 30 minutes and going up to 2 or 3 hours. i don't eat more than 1800 calories a day usually. i'm 14, 5 feet and I was 120 pounds. now, i am 118 pounds, but i want to go down to 110. also, i don't eat chocolate, don't drink sodas, don't eat white bread, don't eat red meat, and i eat 90% organic everyday (hey, i cant get my mom to spend all that money on organic food..)

It sounds like you're doing quite well. Maybe it's just the way you're built? The only way to lose fat is to burn more calories than you consume. When doing cardio for more than fifteen minutes or so, your body starts using your stored fat for extra energy. Also, muscles burn fat while you sleep so it's always good to get some anaerobic in. But muscles also weigh more than fat so your problem could be that you just have well developed muscles. It's hard to say without knowing you. Try and find someone who can calculate your body fat percentage. That way you'll see how much weight you can actually lose while remaining healthy. From your description, it sounds like you're in perfect shape. And it's always hard to trim up than lose those last few pounds. Just keep at it.

One thing you might consider trying is giving your body time to rest. In some cases people will not see drastic results because they don't allow their bodies time to heal.

On the organic thing, make sure you read those labels carefully. A lot of the time you end up spending extra money on nothing. And organic labels can be given out if a company meets minimum standards in most cases. Just so you know.
