Why Organic Chocolate

Why do I over-eat certain weeks and not the others?!?

I'm like 10 pounds overweight and work out almost every day.

I just do not understand why there are some weeks when my appetite is really low and I hardly eat and why there are other weeks when I want to eat EVERYTHING and ALL THE TIME!

Is it my hormones or am I just binge eating? I don't understand. I usually eat really healthy and organic too, except in the certain weeks when all I want to eat is chocolate and pasta.

I'm not blaming it on pms either because it's pretty random.

Does anyone know whyyy I do this?! I'd like to find a solution!
