Child Recipes

Children love helping in the kitchen. Kids enjoy cooking. I think one of my favorite recipes for children is discharge Cake. This is literally a cake you dump everything into the pan and bake.

Dump Cake

20 oz crushed pineapple
16 oz cherry pie filling
1 package yellow cake mix, dry
1 1 / 2 sticks butter, sliced

Dump all ingredients in the prepared pan and bake at 350 degrees until golden brown, about 1 hour.

Have fun with the kids. Try blueberries or strawberry instead of cherry pie filling. If you like nuts or coconut, throw some of that on the plate too.

If you prefer chocolate cake, try a chocolate cake mix instead of yellow cake mix.

This is such a recipe of fun and children love that made the cake.

Another of my favorite recipes is a mix boy. Children come to do your own trail mix. Buy a bag nuts, a box of Chex cereal, a bag of chocolate chips, a bag of cookies, a bag of raisins and any other goodies you want in the trail mix and then get out Ziplocs the snack size. children get to make trail mix and bag up for lunches and snacks. When they do, they love to eat. This is a great healthy snack.

Have you had a waffle sandwich? Buy some Eggo waffles. Let the kids the toast and peanut butter waffles and jelly spread on them. You can also let the children cut the bananas and add. I love this breakfast sandwich they can do for themselves.

Do your children like burritos? Help them make their own burritos. Containers include tomatoes, cheeses, olives, chopped chicken and any otherwise you may have in the fridge. Dar tortillas and let children add the ingredients they like and then wrap and eat.

My suggestion final skewers. Children love making their own kebabs. Chop apples, pineapples or melons. Cut some squares of cheese and let children make their own fruit and cheese skewers. Use a yellow cheese and white cheese. Use a melon, a melon red and orange. This allows children to make colorful kabobs and delicious both enjoy making and eating.

How is my meal plan?

Hey, I'm 15, male, trying to build muscle mass. I weigh 120 pounds and 5'6 hours. Here's my meal plan: Breakfast: 2 egg whites boiled egg, 1 on the sunny side-up egg yolk with wheat bread, oatmeal, and orange snack: 2 baked potatoes and a mix track with a spoonful of whey protein Lunch: Turkey sandwich with mustard sauce and tomato on wheat bread, and some fruits Pre-Training foods: oatmeal, 2 egg whites cooked, Ensure (protein drink), fruit, and a multivitamin after training Meal: Scoop of whey protein, an avocado sandwich on wheat bread, with different vegetables, and a separate banana Dinner: brown rice with skinless chicken, a baked potato, and fruit also have another glass of milk (my two servings of oatmeal gives me 2 cups) 8 cups water, and a scoop of casein protein before bed. How is my meal plan? Should I make changes?
