Where to begin? If you have have not transition to organic food, according to the author Cindy Burke (Buy or Not to Buy Organic), you should start with products organic and what you and your family eat most of the majority or frequently. If you have a baby, definitely choose organic baby foods. If you or your child drink cow milk, cow's milk buy organic - is that they taste better too. Then, if you eat peanut butter, eggs and meat would agree to choose 100% organic or not eating at all. If you need more support in the purchase and preparation of organic foods, or just cause, in Overall, the book by Jeff Cox, Food Buyer's Guide can be useful

How does my family shop? First, we do what we can and limit eating out. Then, only to buy organic food we eat often as grapes, apples, greens, celery, carrot, peanut butter, dairy products and eggs. We chose the meat and locally grown organic or in good conditions and be modest in portion size and frequency of consumption. For other items, like tomatoes, corn and watermelon to buy local when you can and stick to buy seasonal food.
