HEALTHY SNACKS? im a very picky eater...?

looking for healthy snacks. im a very picky eater, anyone else out there picky eaters? what do you like?

carrots
hummous ad wholewheat burrito
hummous and sliced yellow peppers
tahini and wholwheat toast
almond butter/peanut butter and wholewheat or oat bread
chickpeas- in a small bowl
fava beans in bowl
lentils in bowl with tuna
black beans with chopped onion
cherry tomatoes
tofu
flavoured tofu
melba toast
apple slices with cinnamon, and grilled
grilled pineapple slices
silken tofu with vasnilla- blnded tp make smoothie-add fruit

plain yoghrt with raw sugar or honey- this is sooo good
oatmeal baked with honey, sunflower margerone or oil, and raisinds, press it into a pan and bake 20 minutes for very very delishus scottish flajacks, cut unto squares.

tuna, canned mackerel ( my fave), or canned sardines- grilled on piece of WW toast or with some brown rice

brown rice, with sweetcorn, peas

mushrooms
artichoke hearts ( a can )
can of vegetable soup
pumpkin slices- baked
avocado slices on hot toast
white fish fillet- I know this may seem like an actual eal, but it's less calories than chips!
grill it, or bake, and eat with mustard...or plain Tomato suiace. I get through a lot fo plain white fish, pepper and salt, it's SO good.

Frozen green peas- out boilng water over them add soysauce and some honey.
Ear of corn- add S&P, chili, lime juice.

Riasins,
dried apricots, or fresh
dried plums
dried cherries

make a small pan of dried fruit and add 2 TB of water- this is AMAAAZING with dates, then add 2 TB lemon juice- a whole fruit. Simmer the liquid til the fruit softens and starts to melt.Take off the heat, add a full small pot of plaih natural yoghurt, or a half cup of greek Fage yoghrut. Stri through gently, leaving a swirl.
EAT IMMEDIATELY!!! So unbelievable. Love this the best.
No sugar, just the fruit and yogh.

A cup of All Bran cereal, add boiled water and leave to soften, eat with spoon. add brown sugar to taste. VERY good for you.I do this with mini shredded wheat too and Grape Nuts.

I consider myself EXTREMELY picky.
