Top Five Lies you are telling yourself that are Making you Fat?

 The lies you are telling yourself may be making you fat!  Ask yourself if any of the following lies sound familiar?  If they do, being honest with yourself about these issues will help the pounds disappear.  Honest!

 Lie number one:  I don’t have time to eat healthy.

 Give me a break.  People say this to me all the time.  It doesn’t take any longer to eat an apple or banana, than a candy bar or chips.  Fruit, nuts and seeds are all fast, healthy snack foods.  It also doesn’t take any longer to make a raw, organic, vegan salad than a bowl of pasta or a hamburger. 

 Lie number two:  Eating healthy costs too much. 

 Paleeze, people!!!!!!!!!  Buying unprocessed raw produce is far less expensive than crappy, processed, packaged frankenfood, meat, and dairy!  I know for sure that I eat healthier than 99% of the people out there and spend less on food than practically anyone by buying raw, organic produce!  Eating healthy also saves tons of money on medications and doctor’s visits. 

 Lies number three and four:  I don’t have time to exercise or I have a good exercise program (when you really don’t).     

No one, I repeat, no one has time to exercise.  You have to make time for it, like brushing your teeth.  If you want to be healthy, you have to exercise.  You have to weight train and do cardio, period.  It will make you feel better, help you deal with stress, make you a nicer person, and s critical for maintaining muscle mass, bone density and controlling your weight.  You also can't claim that you exercise if yall you do is walk around the block once a week or lift beers to your lips on a regular basis! 

 Lie number five:  I just have a bad metabolism, so I can’t lose weight.

 Are you kidding with this?  People tell me all the time that they can’t be thin like me because they have a bad metabolism and I have a good metabolism.  I promise you, if those people worked out like I do and ate like I do, they too would be thin and in shape.  End of story.

 If any of these lies have floated around in your head lately or passed your lips, being honest about them will help you lose weight.  Eating a diet of most raw, organic, fresh, vegan foods is super cheap, healthy, and quick.  You also must exercise.  Make health a habit!!!!!!!!!!  Have fun with it.
