What should I eat to get a balanced diet as a vegan?

Also does anyone know of a website where I can find a comparison of environmental requirements for a vegan diet rather than one containing meat and related products? @ Jyon Marqz misunderstood I think the pyramid, as vegans do not consume dairy products, although some do eat substitutes.
