Does anyone know good mix recipes way?

I want healthy, and you can have chocolate, but not so!

My favorite combination is at least 4 of the FF: chopped cashews roasted peanuts raisins or dried grapes (raisins alias gold) banana chips dried mango m figs and sunflower seeds m lightly salted corn chips with wasabi honey coated cereal flavor to tiny chips of panda-shaped cookies filled with soft chocolate mix n match 'to your taste ... chewy, salty n soft, crunchy, sweet ... everything! enough for a quick energy boost to replace lost electrolytes particularly rigorous trips or long journeys. =)
