Breaking four common diets
There are a number of diets available, but here I review four which are popular at this time.
1000 low calorie diet
Trying the 1000 calorie diet is only advisable for one week, because your body goes into starvation mode and conserving fat. Overdoing the 1000 calorie diet is counterproductive to your body to try to keep it for only one week. After 1 week you will lose between 3-5 pounds. Diet 1000 calories may be used as a starter diet for weight loss program long term. Try to aim for 2-3 pounds of weight loss and a good program exercise to start. After a week in the diet of 1,000 calories, try raising your calorie intake or reverting back to a not so severe diet, this will prevent that the body's metabolism slowing down. Here is a simple daily menu 1000 calories.
Breakfast
• banana sandwich made with two slices of bread and a small banana.
• Small glass of orange juice
Sandwich
• 1 pot low-fat yogurt (from preferably fruit)
Lunch
• a bread roll filled with tuna and mayonnaise (Canned tuna in spring water use)
• Lettuce, red or yellow sweet peppers, spring onion
Sandwich
• 1 bag of low fat crisps
Dinner
• Roast chicken breast (skinless)
• Potatoes, mashed with 30ml semi-skimmed milk
• Broccoli (all vegetables steamed or boiled)
• Carrots
• Salsa (made from granules)
Afternoon
• 1 cup low-calorie hot chocolate made with powder and water
Drinks throughout the day
• Coca-Cola Light, water, black coffee or tea without sugar
The diet of 1,000 calories can be used as a starter diet for weight loss program long term. Try to aim for 2-3 pounds of weight loss and a good exercise program to start. Vegetarian Diet
A well-balanced vegetarian diet provides many benefits for the body. Some of these benefits include reduced risk of chronic diseases such as:

His vegetarian diet must be well planned. If your body does not could result in the need of some vital nutrients. Some of these essential nutrients for the body are:
• Protein

Protein sources include tofu and other soy products, legumes, seeds, nuts, grains and vegetables
Experts say that for a balanced vegetarian diet, you should eat nuts and whole grains are good sources of amino acids.
Greens like spinach, kale and broccoli are good sources of calcium.
For sources of vitamin B12 from animal can be replaced with fortified breakfast cereals and fortified soy beverages.
The sources of iron include red meat, liver and egg yolk, which are high cholesterol. Spinach, nuts and beans are good vegetarian sources of iron.
A vegetarian diet is healthier than a meat diet. However, this does not mean you have the right to subject your face with chips, chips and chocolate every day. You can find a wide rage of diets on the Internet for free! A vegetarian diet is an all round healthier option, and can go a long way to helping along the way to lose weight.
Abs
The Abs Diet works on the theory that each pound of muscle gained, your body intern burns an additional 50 calories per day. So if you can build an extra 10 pounds of muscle to your body, then it will burn an extra 500 calories per day. Using the Abs Diet your body will burn more energy by eating the right foods and exercising the right way. The loss of 500 calories a day lose a pound a week. The Abs diet is mainly aimed at men, however women are encouraged to participate. The range of foods that can food is still good and you get an exercise program out of it. The Kellogg's cereal diet
One of the simplest diets around at this moment is the Kellogg's Cereal Diet. It is no accident weight loss diet that will drop pounds to pounds, however he will be admitted in those jeans that are a size small.
To start the diet of Kellogg all you have to do is, eat a bowl of Special K or Kellogg's Corn Flakes for breakfast, and also a replacement for lunch or dinner. That's it! Keeping this in two weeks, you see the results. Expect to lose around 3-6 pounds.
Whist in diet, Kellogg's allow you to have the same drinks and snacks as you normally would, but we recommend that you eat a well-balanced meal every day, with more fruit and vegetables. Another tip from Kellogg's, is to keep a food diary to monitor and keep track of your current eating habits.
