What are some healthy snacks that are easy to make?

I eat really healthy during the day, but snacks that are not as healthy. What are some easy to make healthy snacks?

I'm always looking for healthy snacks for my kids. Some of the ones we like are the popcorn, sweet potato french fries, fruit, cheese, vegetables salsa or salad dressing, nuts, pretzels, fruit strips or dried fruit (think fruit roll-ups are sweet, but those at Trader Joe's and are generally all fruits).
