Would highly recommend this product. I have had irritable bowel syndrome for years and since I have started taking this product no more problems. Cure for Leg Cramps due to Cycling

After buying countless items on Amazon.com over many years, this is the first product review that I have written. This is how highly I think of this product!I typically cycle about 60 miles a weekend on hilly roads which causes my legs to cramp, especially at the end of the ride on steep hills. I was looking for a nutritional suppliment to aid in aleviating these leg cramps. In doing some research, I stumbled upon a recommendation of using Natural Calm to stop these cramps.Well after taking Natural Calm plus Calcium, there were immediate results of success. On rides where I previously would have cramps, they just did not happen. I deliberately pushed myself on some rides to try to get cramps and could not! The magnesium has the folowing positive benefits for me:1. Leg cramps have disappeared due to cycling. 2. My legs actually feel stronger and fresher during the rides themselves, which have improved my times on the routes I monitor using my Garmin Edge 500. 3. My legs feel normal the day after a tough ride where previously my legs would be stiff and in pain. 4. My hair loss has decreased based on the very scientific test of seeing how much hair is left on the shower drain after a shower:0Of course there are some negatives to this product, which are:1. It costs money, but I think of it as a nutritional suppliment which keeps you happy and in good shape. The 16 ounce size will last a long time if you only take one rounded teaspoon a day like I do. 2. It does not taste good going down, with a bitter, acidic taste to it. You can also get this in other sugared flavors, but the amount of magnesium is decreased in these mixtures. 3. If you take too much of Natural Calm, it will cause unpleasant bowel movement. I only take one rounded teaspoon per day and am fine. This is less than what is recommended.Overall, I think that Natural Calm plus Calcium is an amazing almost "magical" product that cures leg cramps and relaxes your muscles and nerves. I highly recommend any cyclist who has leg cramps to try this product.

I am an avid Amazon shopper and this is the first time I have had this problem with a seller. I will definitely never order anything from this seller again.

does not work-causes loose bowles

I have been taking this for several days on the advice of my acupuncturist and it has not had any effect on my chronic muscle pain and also has caused me to have loose bowls when going number 2 in the bathroom.does anybody know of a product that can help get lactic acid build up out of muscles?

Frustration...

I'm not sure this is the exact Manco tape, but it fits the over all description. The one I have is 19.0 mm x 54.86 m (3/4" x 2160") and it is awful! It splits when I try to start it or if I make it around one revolution without it splitting I consider it a milestone. It's not an old role of tape, either. I would not recommend this product. I hope there's something better out there.

Whenever I needed masking tape for painting, I always bought the old fashioned tan kind. As far as I knew, that was the only kind there was. I only used a little, so then it would sit in the garage and slowly become hardened and unuseable. I kept buying additional rolls. Then we had some work done on the flooring in the house and the crew used a new kind of blue masking tape. I asked about it and they remarked that it was far superior to the old kind. Well, the next time I needed masking tape I bought a roll of the blue stuff. The clerk suggested the Mult-surface variety as it might best suite the variety of needs I might put it to.This Scotch Blue Painter's Tape is an excellent product. I've used it on a variety of surfaces over the past several years and it seems to work well on all. The only problem I've had is that it sticks too well on some surfaces and I've had a little trouble in removing patches of it. It's no real problem, just a little annoyance.In addition, my wife is an artist and she's put it to use on a number of occasions. All in all, I'd say this stuff is superior to the old fashioned tan type and I'll probably never go back.Gary Peterson

Blue vs. beige

The semi new blue masking tape is far better than the old beige stuff. Better release and no residue. I did get a chuckle outta the advert saying, "New and used for sale!" Just what I want USED MASKING TAPE! Such a deal! ;-)

Sticks to Anything and Goes a Long Way

I realize this product is typically used for masking walls, but needed to mask the wheel wells of my car. The tape stuck to everything: fiberglass, steel, aluminum, plastic - it did not even matter how filthy the surface was, the tape still adhered very well.I was worried when I started masking that one roll might not be enough, but the 60 yards goes a long way. I still have well over half a roll left and I used it very liberally (more tape than newspaper - almost!).Highly recommend this product over any imitations.

The stuff is magic

This tape is the one and only. It is easy to remove, but stays in place while you want it there. It is well worth the premium.

Piping hot food 6 hours later!

Excellent product.... Packed with hot soup at 7am .... still piping hot at 12.30pm! I warm it up with boiling water before I fill it with soup..... and it really does stay hot - so hot it that if you are sending it in a kids lunchbox you'd have to tell them to be careful!

Not sure about this product. I've got hummingbirds all over my neighborhood, but they don't seem to like this stuff... I'm almost ready to just do some red-food-coloring and sugar water. If it works, I'll post another review.

A waste of money

Humming birds had been feeding throughout the day at my feeders. For convenience, I bought some of this mix. The birds stopped feeding as soon as I used this product. I mixed another batch, thinking that I had made a mistake somehow. They still won't feed. I have gone back to making my own, much cheaper and no additives. In addition, the bags had leaked inside the package, making a mess.

Red Dye = Terrible!

Please avoid red dye and chemicals for the sake of the hummers. Use 1 part pure cane sugar to 4 parts water. Boil and mix, cool and feed those hummers the best and most economical. The red on the feeders is all you need to attract the birds. Red dye in their food.........yuck. Poison!

Don't risk the birds and waste your money

The only thing in this that should be there is sugar. The rest is stuff you shouldn't be adding to your feathered friends diet. This stuff is also three times the price of baker's sugar from any old grocery store, four times the price of regular granulated sugar that takes a little longer to dissolve. This is a bad buy, bad for the birds and bad for your pocket.
