Should I exercise with what I ate now ..?
Well, all day I've been very good: it had two lights of yogurt. I had a tangerine. I had a bowl of honey bunches of oats with raisins. So, I had two portions of mixed tropical way. Then I walked for about an hour or so. I was very happy with myself ... but then I had a half cup of rice and a little beef with horseradish. Thus, in total, all day long, consuming 1000 calories. But the trouble is that I just ate ... and I want to go to sleep in about 2 hours. Should I excersise a little more? I have 13 years old and I weigh 99 pounds. I know 99 pounds does not seem like much ... but you should see my stomach ... is huge !!!!!!!!!! Y my legs! They are the flabbiest things in the world!
I should not even dignify that question with an answer, and they desperately need attention real someone in your life and not someone off the internet. However, despite the best of my knowledge, I will say this: You're going to ruin your life if you become obsessed with their weight. You weigh 99 lbs. I'm assuming you have more than four feet tall so this is probably a healthy weight or slightly under the weight of normal weight for their age. If we this way of counting calories as you think that a half cup of rice will make or break you, really need to rethink their priorities. It may seem exciting to your age to have a total control over their bodies and manipulate via obsessive calorie counting and physical activity, but one day it will be too tired to deal with it and turns against you. For every day that do not consume enough calories your body slowly goes into "starvation mode." This may sound attractive, because for a short time you will see every one of his ribs shortly. How exciting, right? But guess what ... When the body goes into starvation mode is needed everything you put into it and turns it to fat to protect themselves. If your body does not receive food on a fairly regular basis just to keep everything so that there is no to risk the closure of their bodies. Still sound like fun? Will wreak havoc on your metabolism as you age. In summary, you should not worry about how work again before going to bed. It should, however, take some time to think about how the decisions and the ways you make now will profoundly affect their future. Le I suggest you talk to your mom or school counselor before it gets out of hand.
