Question on raw cocoa powder?
There are many articles saying that using the power of raw cocoa to drink is better than eating chocolate (unless chocolate is made of 75% or more cocoa). And now I'm using the power of Van Houten cocoa, please let me know about: 1.How much cocoa is necessary (or) health day? how many grams / spoon I use (I used raw cocoa powder with milk and sugar) 2.They said the use of too much cocoa can cause problems with calcium absorption, so how much much? 3.THEY say that cocoa contains much of the anti-aging agent, so the comparison between a cup of cocoa and a cup of green tea (I heard that green tea contains the type anti-aging as well), which contains more anti-aging agent?? 4.The Van Houten cocoa, can anybody tell me if I'm using the provider coz right in my place, Van Houten is the best you can, the rest, in my opinion, are just trash and not even worth considering. 5.finally, please tell me what the 2% milk mean? thank all of you my friend! a little help here please !!!!!
1. Cocoa is not a health food. There is a "dose recommended daily allowance of cocoa in order to obtain a specific percentage of anti-oxidant effect. The reason "raw cocoa is better than eating chocolate is simply because chocolate contains a disproportionately high percentage of fat, and depending on the MFGR., trans fats may be or palm oils, which are very healthy. The sweetened milk is equally unhealthy for you. Check the label on the back. 2. Oxalic acid, found in cocoa, and many other foods, can be combined with calcium to form an insoluble salt. The amount of oxalate in cocoa work about 1 / 2 of 1% glass. This is considered as if eating yogurt itself, cheese, or even unflavored milk. Since everything you eat or drink should be MODERTATION, the point of "how much", is debatable. 3.Cocoa, but the amount you should consume daily, long-term to see any effect would be more than offset by the overhead of cocoa in the system. Again, cocoa is not a health supplement. It is only other food it consumes. 4. In the cocoa prepared for the level of purchase, is not going to find much more in the form of "health benefits" and the information beyond the total percentage of cocoa. The problem is that not mean much beyond a certain point.
