Does anyone know of any quick and healthy recipes for a college student who cook Cannot?
I won as 8 pounds the first year of college, but nothing to eat fast food, and I'm back to my normal weight, because back home in MI for summer. I really need to know how make some semi-healthy foods to maintain my weight and overall health. Some things I like to eat: Broccoli, Mac and cheese, pasta, salads, chicken and spaghetti. So if you use any of these foods or other please post them. Thanks in advance!
Baked beans. Gaps are in a secure container MW (cover) and nuclear on maximum 2 minutes. Stir and Nuke for two more. Pour over hot buttered toast. Options. Spice them with a little chilli powder or cayenne. Add some diced cold lamb, beef etc. Seafood Add a fried egg top. Pasta: - 6 T. soy sauce, divided (with extra available) 6 T. olive oil, divided (with extra available) 8 oz. imitation crab meat in bite-size pieces 1 large sweet onion, cut into rings 8 oz Elbow pasta, cooked and drained In a skillet, sauté onion into rings of 3 T. olive oil. Sprinkle soy sauce 3 T.. Cover and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add imitation crab. Sprinkle on another 3 T. soy sauce and 3T. olive oil. Do not let bread go dry. It should be juicy. Let simmer for 15 minutes or until caramelized onions and the crab is well browned and crispy along the edges. Toss with hot pasta. Serve. I like to serve with a salad and garlic bread.
