Ingredients for pork sesame:
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
3 tablespoons peanut oil
600 g (1 1/4lb) the pork fillets, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
2 teaspoons cornmeal
2 teaspoons sesame oil
8 scallions, sliced diagonally
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
2 carrots, julienned
200 g (6 1 / 2 oz) of snake beans, cut into short lengths
Addresses sesame pork:
1. The first thing you should preheat the oven to moderate 180 ° C (350 ° F / Gas 4). Then place the seeds sesame on a baking tray and cook for 5 minutes or less.
