Produce Market, food and delivery?

We are certified organic producers, we sell our products directly to consumers, no man more average. first objective is to produce services. second goal is to build a product to market with food, beverage services. Source of funding and no problem, but it's hard to find place (in San Diego), how to market our services ... Can you give good suggestion? Thank you.

Sounds like you want to start a variation of a CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) that I did for 10 years (now grown farmers markets and my farm shop, along with a couple of restaurants). Do not you already have customers? If no ads on the site as vegetarian restaurants, health food stores, doctors, etc, also get a list of local harvest (http://www.localharvest.org). tell people what you offer, describe your farm / agriculture to tell their story. Make a website and keep it updated. I'm finding it about 85% of my clients my new web-based advertising (a blog, my website of the agricultural crop and local magazines) are becoming one week to another or for one season (1 to 3 months)? Are you letting customers choose what they want every week or are you packing which gives the farm that week? It offers everything you grown or will be resale, well? You may want to reflect on the service delivery, time to start a business in operation. Once people get used to the delivery will be very very very hard to get to come to the farm to buy what it used to come home. Another thing are charging for delivery? That will save a great amount of wear on your vehicle (s) and to take at least one worker outside the farm and in farming. You have to be compensated for this service as the gas is not getting any cheaper. I think I asked more questions to answer, but I've been making my life the growing of crops for direct marketing for almost 15 years and these are things to think about.

Description

Sweet Meyer lemon is a cross between a lemon and a mandarin orange. It has a yellowish-orange skin that is exceptionally smooth and tends to be almost round in shape with a thin skin. The pulp is usually dark yellow, contains less acid and has more juice than a lemon. It has a distinct honeysuckle aroma and a sweet lemony mandarin flavor. Sweet Meyer lemon is a favorite among gourmet chefs as it is naturally less tart and great for baking, preserving or making lemonade.
