Organic Fair Trade Hot Chocolate

Fair-trade/organic/eco-friendly Christmas gift basket ideas?

As one of my Christmas gifts this year, I'm thinking about making a gift basket full fair-trade/organic/eco-friendly in full of all sorts of different things. The problem is that the basket has to be appealing to almost anyone, it will be part of a gift exchange (for example, has to be good for a 12-year-old a 50-year-old at the same time). So far I have thought of coffee / tea / hot chocolate, chocolate, reusable water bottle, jewelry ... but I need more ideas. In addition, the spending limit is between $ 25 - $ 30. Thank you!
