Organic Chocolate Bunnies

I have had dizziness for the past three days, what could it be?

I have been vegetarian for the past four months and this has not happened until the last three days. A week ago I was without my prenatal vitamins (not I'm pregnant, but I've heard prenatal vitamins are good for you anyway, and has the B12 I need), I'm waiting for my new vegan prenatal vitamins come in the mail. Furthermore, in an attempt to lose weight, I changed my diet (most recently the past three days as well). So I wonder if that could be. Here's an example of what I've been having every day, "Red Mill hot cereal w / Almond Milk Organic Flax Seeds, Organic carrots (2 servings) organic apples (2)-Organic Peanut butter Organic hummus and pumpkin cookies, iced soy latte-PB & J Organic Grapes, Organic-Annie 's Graham-Chocolate Bunny Fruit Drinks 2 Day (2 servings of fruit)-Coco Chocolate Almond Ice Cream Bar (no dairy) also work 45 minutes a day doing cardio.

Honestly, I do not take prenatal vitamins unless you are pregnant. There is more iron in them, then the body needs in reality they are designed for two people In essence, instead of one. I've heard of people getting sick of taking them because they get an overdose of nutrients. So unless you are anemic, which would then regular vitamins. Their food is very good, but lacks some sources of protein. When you are eating lots of nuts, it's good for a fair share of grain to help you get a complete protein. But that does not cause dizziness.
