My baby cries for 80% of the day. What should I do?

My son is 18 months old and cries a lot. His diaper is fine, has a full belly and toys around. We changed it to regular milk milk organic soy to make sure its not your stomach is bothering him. Try car rides, but hate them and cry even more! Sometimes I do not know what to do. Is there colic is such a thing until they are about 2 years old? Yes .. I see a molar coming in. .. perhaps the other is coming!

Could it be the wheels! Breaking molars for a small child can be as painful as we as adults breaking wisdom teeth .... except that they are just so probbaly pain feel worse.
