My clients pose a question to me again and again. I've been asked a million times, "What is a good snack?" He concluded that if they have not figured it out, perhaps the general public or not. So I give the list of Stone Angel easy, waist-friendly snacks.

I have divided This list of snacks into sections based on what you have available (and enjoy the meal). The 25 healthy snacks, easy, and less than 200 calories.

If you like peanut butter:

1. 1 medium apple, 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
2. 1 / 2 sandwich of peanut butter and jelly on wheat
3. 5 stalks celery, 1 tablespoon almond butter
4. 1 banana sliced 1 tablespoon peanut butter
5. 4 whole grain crackers, 1 tablespoon butter Almond

If you eat dairy products:
6. 1 cup of chocolate milk, 1 apple
7. 1 finger of cheese, 1 orange
8. 1 / 2 cup cottage cheese Low fat fruit
9. 1 oz Parmesan cheese, 3 slices of mini pumpernickel
10. 1 cup Greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon granola

If you need more vegetables:
11. 1 cup vegetable sticks, 1 hard boiled egg
12. 1 tomato, sliced, 1 ounce cream cheese
13. 1 cup raw broccoli, 1 / 4 cup mashed chickpea
14. 1 cup sliced bell peppers, 1 oz nonfat mozzarella
15. 1 cup raw green beans, 2 tablespoons sliced almonds

If you like the fruit:
16. 1 grapefruit, almonds 7
17. 1 apple, 1 slice of turkey,
18. 1 banana, 1 egg
19. 1 pear, 1 / 2 cup of Starkist tuna
20. 1 cup mandarin, 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts

If you like everything:
21. 1 cup grapes, 1 / 4 cup soy nuts
22. 1 strawberry smoothie with soy milk (with ice only)
23. 2 cups air popped corn, 8 nuts
24. 1 cup shrimp cocktail, 1 / 2 cup pineapple chunks
25. 1 / 2 cup beans soy, 1 tangerine

Things to remember:
1. Do not add an extra tablespoon of peanut butter, hummus, etc. as you will certainly exceed your calorie limit. They adhere to the portion in the list! Unless as belly fat.
2. Consume no more than three meals a day. (The wine is not a sandwich.)
3. Include protein in every bite. We do not eat enough of this valuable macronutrient.

Note: The serving sizes listed are for women or anyone trying to lose weight. Athletic Men should consume about 50-100 calories extra snack.

It's boring, one bath ranch carrots, or make a peanut butter sandwich and banana all the time, so I was wondering if you knew Some of the recipes for some healthy snacks that are fun and easy to make. Thanks for your answers!

Their sound is rare but is impressive. Muffin whole grain toast. Cook Canadian bacon (low fat proteins and high) peanut butter (minus the salmonella outbreak) and a Granny Smith apple. Apply butter then the bacon peanut and apple. Sweet and salty flavor. Perfect for the morning. Boiled chicken and seasoned with herbs (after cooked). Get some bread French wheat. Saute some cherry tomatoes and red onion and garlic. Dijon mustard on bread. Take a little light olive oil and red wine vinegar and garlic with tomato and onion and pour over chicken. Apply on bread and there is a snack impressive. Sprinkle some parm on top if you want.
