Bombing To remove the husks from grains, that more processes you can imagine. This includes the milling, sifting and then finally, winnow. Each step is important in order to reach the grains that have the correct size.

Tasting If you think this will be an easy task, well, that seems to be the case. This involves the skill and experience. One must have studied all tastes different types and variations of the chocolates be able to proclaim that you can perform well in this and be a judge of what varieties should be in the market.
