Did i eat too much today for a 17 year old guy?

I'm 17 years old (male). active, work out about 6-7 days a week. did i eat too much today?

Breakfast:
- bowl of special K red berries w/ skim milk
- pure protein bar
- banana

Lunch:
- turkey burger on wheat bun
- banana nut lara bar

Dinner:
- brown rice with onions, peppers, tomatoes and a salmon filet
- 1 cup lowfat coffee ice cream

no you didnt eat enough...i eat like triple that and im 16 almost 17 and im 5' 7" 147 trying to gain weight, i excersize or play some type of sport every day...i would starve to death on such little meals...unless you had alot of servings of each
