What gives your 1 year old for snacks?

My daughter has been free bottle for 3 weeks and will be 13 months on Nov. 7. I feel like I give the sam snacks and again, and he eats almost from the moment you wake up until it falls off the bed, Lol! wondering what you give to your children for snacks. I like to keep on the healthy side, but a gift from time to time is well! PS. Since my daughter is one, do you think we should ask for more in the section of child?

Congratulations on ditching the bottle, still we are having problems with Ryan Sorber denied. She loves to snack all day. His favorites are animal crackers. He loves Cheerios, fresh fruit and biscuits. Me too I was looking for some new snack ideas. So I'm a star! No, stay in the newborn and the baby! I am!

But for us, Christmas isnâ € ™ t almost giving and decorating trees and all that pizzazz â € | itâ € ™ s also time to show our mini-mea € ™ s that also is the time for children to safe and nutritious snacks â € "the same as what youâ ™ € I have been doing for the past year (in Actually, since they were born).

Children from around the world, leave alone anticipate the world they are usually allowed to waste and excess, especially when it comes to food. We as parents must remember that we were once children too â € | Do you want to spoil the fun for them? But fortunately, with the luxury of € â € œunnecessaryâ food comes from several additions to them. (For example, if you cookies â € "we have here â € "you can supplement with a little milk for extra calcium.)

Here are some recipes that deserve a test run before day of the big red letter. (If I refer to specific brands, it just means that I recommend, but you can substitute what you want for a specific ingredient):

The Ultimate trail mix (perfect between snacks)

Ingredients: 2 pounds of nuts, 10 of one and half ounces of Cheerios (or any other similar product), a 12-ounce package of Wheat Chex, 6 half-ounce of Rice Chex, a bag of pretzels stick, 2 cups salad oil, 1 tablespoon garlic salt, 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, salt to taste.

Procedure: Place dry ingredients in large roasting. Add the oil and Worcestershire sauce to pour over the dry mixture while stirring. Bake at 250 degrees Fahrenheit. Heat for one hour, stirring every 15 minutes.

Cookies snowball

Ingredients: 1 cup butter or margarine, 1 teaspoon vanilla, half cup of powdered white sugar (screening), 2 ½ cups sifted flour, a quarter teaspoon of iodized salt, three-quarter cup of chopped nuts.

Procedure: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter in bowl. Add sugar and cream again until light. Add the vanilla. In a separate bowl, mix the flour and salt, add to the mixture of cream. Add nuts. Form into balls and place on ungreased baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes. From the oven, roll balls in Additional powdered sugar, then cool. Roll in sugar again after cooling.

Smoothie Santa

Ingredients: 2 bananas, 1 cup milk (preferably whole), 3 tablespoons of dark chocolate chips (regular chips do very well too), fourth teaspoon vanilla extract.

Procedure: Place all ingredients in blender. Puree until smooth. Serve immediately.
