Homemade Trail Mix

Was this healthy? During one year of age 14.?

Breakfast: 1 cup of Special K, / 4 cup skim milk 3 Lunch: 2 peices of whole wheat bread (50 chemicals per slice), 3 thin slices deli ham, a slice of low fat cheese 3 / 4 cup of homemade trail mix (lightly salted peanuts and almonds, raisins and nuts.) In the water! And I have not eaten yet but I'm having a breast of grilled chicken, broccoli and either brown rice or potatoes.

Sounds good, I would add one more snack there after dinner. It is suggested that eating 5-6 small meals a day, but is still young and growing so I'm sure you can probably eat a little more and be fine with it as your metabolism speeds up to their age.
