healthy snacks work

What kind of snacks can I take to work?

I have been diagnosed with diabetes and high blood pursuer and now I'm on medication. Let everything that usually bite at work I'll have to stop eating. Be yogurt and granola is good, but dose anyone have any suggestions on some healthy snacks I can take to work, it will not affect my intake of sugar or salt?

Many, many things. I'll give what I call healthy list: Apple / Apple Slices Oranges Mandarins comprehensive rice Granola Yogurt Pasta (not much) Bananas (which are easy to squash, beware!) Carrots (washed, the skin contains most of the goodness), fish cakes (personal favorite) Fritters Fruit Salad Corn and more ... Make sure when you cook food using light oil. Be sure to avoid chocolate and sweets. Try making a fruit sauce by blending the different fruits of your choice, then cut it up into small pieces then put it in a Tupperware container. Delicious ... Anyway, I hope this has been helpful to you. Have fun at work with her tasty, healthy snacks. And try not to peel fruits, the skin retains much of goodness. Stay away from fruit juice. Seriously. It is very bad for you. Good Luck

Increasing responsibilities requires one to intake more nutritious and healthy food. With so much to do, your body should get all the essential minerals and vitamins, since improper diets lead to weakness, fatigue and stress. Over time as we abuse our body, for example, by eating processed foods, junk food, unhealthy food, we spend some of those $100 bills. Eventually, if we continue eating unhealthfully, the whole stack will be gone. That's when we'll have big problems. We're no longer able to get away with the indiscretions that we could when we were younger. If you've already experienced this, you know what I'm talking about. If you haven't, your stack of $100 bills hasn't run out yet. But you don't know when it will. It could be tomorrow. It could be two weeks, or five or 10 years from now. But why take the chance?
