Healthy Snacks Throughout The Day

What are some healthy snacks I can keep in my car or my purse?

I think I am permanently hungry...LOL.
I work and go to school full time and never have time to sit down and eat.
If I do not eat throughout the day I totally overeat or get something totally unhealthy just because its quick.

I really just need to find some snacks that I can carry with me throughout the day to supress my hunger.
