healthy snacks for work

healthy snacks for work

does this sound like a healthy snack before working out?


when i get home from school i work out for at least 40 minutes on exercise tv. ( i do this around 3 o'clock). does this sound like a healthy snack to have before i exercise?
1 fat-free cottage cheese cup- 90 calories
and some cantelope cubes

will eating that, then working out, keep my metabolism high until i eat again at dinner time (around 6)???
should i eat this AFTER i work out instead? or would it be better to eat it before?

Thats fine and sounds pretty well balanced. I personally just have a protein shake with a banana in it
