What healthy things can I eat to stay energized while driving?

I am a delivery driver for a large hotel. I am usually on the road for 8 to 9 hours with 1 or 2 hours or loading/unloading the truck before and after the run.

I have found myself picking up all kinds of unhealthy eating habits since I always have a "reason" to eat quick and cheap which has resulted in me putting on some weight. I stopped consuming sode and coffee a while ago but after starting this job I am back up to 2 or 3 sodas a day. I don't smoke but am a bit mad at myself for relying on caffeine to get through my day again.

I would like find snacks that are easy to keep in the cab of the truck with me, energize me (so I can stay away from caffein sodas) and if it is healthy then that would be a great plus!

I have a Nalgene that I fill up before I leave in the morning but ideally I would like to start drinking one or two of them a day.
