How many pieces of chocolate are there in a bar of Green & Black's Organic Dark 85% Chocolate?

Also there are some ingredients in the bar that I don't understand and also confused about.

1. What is Organic Chocolate Liquor? Is it a healthy ingredient?
2. What is Organic Fat-Reduced Cocoa Powder? Is it any different from regular cocoa powder?
3. What is Organic Raw Cane Sugar? Is it a healthy ingredient?
4. What is Organic Vanilla Extract? Is it a healthy ingredient?
5. What is Organic Whole Milk Powder? Is it a healthy ingredient?

The reason why I asked these other questions is because I don't know what some of the ingredients are and what they do to your body.

All those ingredients are fine. Just google each ingredient for a precise explanation of each. Dark chocolate is very healthy in small daily doses. 2 squares, 85% cocoa or higher is what's recommended. As far as how many pieces are in a bar of G & B's? I eat them myself but couldn't tell you exactly, I would guess 16 or so. But if you're reading the ingredients, can you not just open it & count them, or feel them thru the wrapper??
