Increase your intake of fruits. Take them between breakfast and lunch and between lunch and dinner. This will also avoid eating more meals. And remember, never to skip a meal!
Do not go for fried snacks and high-calorie packaged foods. If you eat dinner, go to the menus of light (something baked or steamed instead of fried). Reduce sugar intake of sweets and carbohydrates, weight increased alarmingly. Keep some snacks roast in your office drawer to snack when you experience those hunger pangs (not Just run to the cantina and take which samosa, pastry or hamburger)
Pursue a hobby in the late-active swimming, playing badminton, cycling, dance lessons - anything that burns calories.
Drink plenty of water during the day at least 8 to 10 glasses.
No be deprived of their favorite foods (chocolates, sweets, etc.) for long. Here, in small quantities, after a few days apart (eg 15 or 20 days) otherwise your body will no longer be used for these foods. Eat less, eat well.
There are demoralized after a month when not greatly reduce weight. It takes some time to put things off and reduction of fat is more the days go faster. But do not leave the organization your day properly in a healthy way.
