Okay, I've been eating healthy for 2 weeks. Only had a bag of chips. And I worked out of it. I've been doing exercises for the whole 2 weeks. You have not had a day that you have not. And I have gained 2 pounds, now please tell me what the frig is going on because that's just me wanted to leave this stupid diet / LifeChange because I get discouraged. Any advice on how to lose weight faster? and this sounds good to have a meal days? Breakfast - Only clusters cereal. Café - 1 block. Lunch - tuna and cucumber sandwich, carrots, etc. Dinner - Salads, Potato, tomato sandwiches and such. Snack - Bar trail mix. Am I doing something wrong here? Please, please, please, please, help me! I just want to mourn! And how to get rid of double chin? And if I have to poop after every workout?

Ok, Emma, calm down! Your diet is fine. Lots of vegetables, protein and not much carbs. no - NO - lose faith in their diet. The only reason you weigh more is that muscle tissue is denser, therefore heavier, than the fat. You are the fat burning and muscle production, so that their total weight will increase. However, everything you need to worry about IShow you seek. Think you look better? I bet you do. So don'y worry about your weight, see how good you look.
