im going to be tested for glucose tolerance test done soon, but I was wondering .. CAUE breakfast today I woke up late afternoon. i had traces of nuts cereal grape blend, which has granola, almonds, honey, and the fiber sticks to it. I had a good size portion. 2 hours later I'm starting to feel weak, like you I feel when my sugar is low. But how can it possibly be my low blood sugar? makes no sense. i also snuck in some m & ms too much before this. so I ate someting, and then I have huge cravings for sugar, so eat lots of candy. I just want to throw up now. I hate for me this. Sometimes I have headaches when i eat sweets all day I feel sick and shut in, or sometimes I feel my heart beating like crazy. (Not very THO often) I feel weaker and dizzy. Hypoglycemia may be a result of diabetes later?

You are doing the right thing going for test. Show if you have hypoglycemia or not. Maintain a regular schedule for eating a certain amount at a given time goes a long way to help. How do you know your blood sugar is low if you are not try? After the test, a visit to a nutritionist can help you get your questions answered diet.
