Breakfast: 1 piece of wheat toast% 100 4 egg whites or a bowl of oatmeal with fruit of training: 40 minutes travel / walk fast walking burns more than 300 chemicals Lunch: Tuna (LGHT May) and lettuce in a whole wheat wrap fruits (melon, strawberries or grapes) Snack: A few Wheat Thins, a cake of rice and more fruit, carrot sticks Dinner: Big salad w. greens, chicken breast, lite dressing small bowl of noodles with homemade chicken soup FRUIT Stop eating dessert at 8 pm. Bedtime is 11:30 ish I have to lose 15 pounds =)

I'm trying to lose 10 pounds. I'm in big trouble, since I'm not fat but I'm bringing chubby. I'm pretty good with my eating habits, but development is a challenge. I have asthma that is barely controlled, while me and my doctor are working on it. I know that to lose fat you should be doing cardio but that is difficult for me.
