Apart from sweets .... what happens in an Easter basket?

I do not make sweets at home .... my son has severe allergies to wheat, egg, peanuts and tree nuts sop I avoid at all costs. I'll put a cup of pudding, juice box and maybe a small bag of fruit snacks and that's it .... Easter also is not candy. But I'm making a bag of fun, for a few little about my family .... I put some bubbles in there, some do temporary tattoos (children are ages 1 to 3) but I wondered if something more I could put there for fun? They are only the size of a lunch bag ... so small. Any ideas? Thank you!
