The secrets of Chinese Tea

As a connoisseur of tea, whether real or herbs, a sample of the tea all natural persons, organic oolong was a refreshing change. A trip to the coffee house gave me the opportunity to try this delicacy in Asia. The taste was smooth with a little bitter that can be remedied by a small patch of cream or milk. The color is a dark yellow or orange color and aroma of a garden herbal smell in the midday sun. It was a relaxing cup of tea without the usual connotations of fruits or spices as some of the celestial beers coming from Colorado. It is abundant, but not with shadow flavors added.

Cultivated in China using traditional organic methods, the title = "Oolong tea"> Oolong Tea is increasingly popular in the United States. It seems that the flavor and aroma is not the only reason people drink this powerful liquid. Health benefits of Oolong are numerous and have shown proven results in Japanese studies. Tea is a mixture of black (fermented) and green tea (unfermented) tea. The two teas are mixed to make a wonderful combination of taste and health benefits. Green tea has been shown to reduce oxidant reducing the risk of cancer. Cardiovascular diseases also shown in the reduction of intake of green elixir. Research has shown that consumption of Oolong tea in quantities of 4 cups a day is seen as a control body weight and obesity. As with any herbal product, the results are different in each individual, and not be used as a unique diet plan. Exercise and sensitive feeding also be used as part of their daily routine.

Health benefits of this Chinese tea "> Chinese tea

Oolong Tea leaves contain catechins, tea catechins give It 's bitter, 10 - 50% of the oolong tea catechins is EGCG (epigallocatechin gallate), against which has particularly high Properites oxident. EGCG removes free radicals from our body by preventing rust damage our cells and DNA. The antioxidant properties of EGCG are believed to be 100 more times more effective than vitamin C and 25 times more effective than vitamin E.

Green tea contains flavonoids. Flavonoids are plant pigments, the brightly colored chemical constituents found in most fruits and vegetables. The flavonoids are essential for processing vitamin C, namely to help maintain a healthy immune system. A deficiency can result in a tendency to bruise easily. Flavonoids are also required to maintain the capillary walls.

Oolong tea is rich in polyphenols, which have activities consistent with the pressure to reduce potential blood. Green tea also contains gamma amino butyric acid is believed to blood pressure. A study in a human population in China suggested that regular consumption of tea was associated with cases of reduction in hypertension (high blood pressure). And another important cause of hypertension is the angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) ACE is an enzyme secreted by the kidneys, oolong tea is a natural ACE inhibitor.

History Chinese tea

The history of tea is so long and flats as the history of China itself. A legend says that Emperor Shen Nong early all drinking water needs to be boiled. While traveling to a distant part of his kingdom, some leaves of a bush fell into the boiling water his servants to him. Shen Nong, a creative scientist, I was intrigued by the brown liquid. He took a drink, he found renewed, and therefore, legend, tea was created.

Another legend credits Yan Di ruler, who knew many herbs for medicinal cures. A herb ingested poison, but a drop of water from a tea tree dripped into his mouth and saved him. The Tea has been used as herbal medicine.

Tea found its way into all strata of Chinese society. During the Zhou Dynasty, was a religious offering. Later, the Chinese ate fresh tea leaves as a vegetable. And during the Tang Dynasty, tea rooms became popular. Around 765 AD the first definitive book on tea, Ch'a Ching was written. In it, Lu Yu codified methods of tea cultivation and preparation. Having been raised by the monks Buddhist, Lu Yu's work was clearly influenced by Zen philosophy and teachings. Missionaries then introduce this type of tea Imperial Japan, shaping the establishment of the Japanese tea ceremony.

Over several centuries, through exploration and trade, tea spread throughout Asia, Europe and the Americas. With it, a different culture in each region rose. From British afternoon tea at teahouses Russian tea infused into local customs, and that is infused in water. Today, tea remains the beverage consumed by more people worldwide.

The varieties of Chinese tea are extensive with different types grown during each Chinese dynasties in China.

Of tea dates back to the Western Zhou in ancient China, where Chinese tea is used as offerings. Since then, the tea leaves are eaten as vegetables, used as medicine, and finally, in the Han dynasty, the people boil the leaves in water, and this new drink became an important product. There are almost an infinite number of different types of tea, but the three largest categories are basic green tea (not oxidized), oolong tea (semi-oxidized) and black tea (fully oxidized). These teas are usually all made with the same type plant, the "Camellia Sinensis", although some are flavored teas to other plants and flowers.

Tea is made through a very lengthy process and where delicate tea leaves are collected young, steamed or pan fried, then dried and sieved, and finally distributed to where they need to go. The flavor of the tea varies depending on how you prepare.

Many people drink tea for its health benefits. Tea aids digestion, is rich in vitamins, and brings a sense of relaxation when you drink it. The tea is consumed more than any other drink besides water worldwide.
