DEFFINITELY I lost control and ATE ON TODAY!?

what should I do? i over ate the most! when I woke up I was not even hungry and even ate a banana and two large ham and cheese hot pocket a cheese toast bread loaf sugar 1 peach yogurt 1 strawberry yogurt 1 apple after an hour later, a little piece of chocolate Alaska ice cream and a bowl of chocolate, vanilla ice cream mouse 2 2 chocolate chip cookies kitkats a whole pizza oven an hour then passes a bag of nuts n Chocolate Trail Mix 1 bag of chocolate covered peanuts, a bold blend of flavor Chex party I'm really disappointed with myself at the moment .... wat do I do??

Sit down and do some soul searching - you need to understand what is going to do this so you can ensure that never happens again. Were you tired? Solo? or eating out some other emotion? If so, work on a plan for what to do next time instead of reaching for comfort food. Is the diet perhaps too restrictive? If you've been trying to starve yourself, this is a normal reaction of the organism to starvation fact - that do everything its power to to get more calories to be preserved. If this can be the case, take a look at your diet plan to ensure that we are not cutting too many calories, or not left no room for question. Can you put in a situation where there is too much temptation? If so, then do everything possible to plan ahead to avoid the temptation - for example, you had all this food at home? If so, get rid of it. Did you meet with friends at a restaurant where we serve I could not resist dessert (and it was all downhill from there)? If so, take your friend somewhere else.
