ok,i know transfatsare bad foryou, but are they ok to eat in "trivial amounts" like in fruitsnacks or chewy granola bars? or isthat even unhealthy? if o, can anyone recommend some fruit snacks/ granola bars for my kids wout trans fats?

Trans fats(saturated fat) is increasingly being removed from processed food. Just read the label. If it says "saturated fat," avoid it.

That being said, a little ain't gonna hurt you.
