Do grains, breads and cereals have a place in the natural human diet

Unfortunately, humans have been so far from its natural environment and conditions of life for a while so long that most people have difficulty determining what the diet of natural persons are included.

We know that human beings can survive in all kinds of different foods, but the thing of value to consider is to what extent are humans surviving and with what quality of life? The types of cancer, heart disease, arthritis and the disease of blood sugar are clear indicators that something has gone wrong, which consider human nutrition. The box Kleenex has become a standard element of the house, but that does not mean they are supposed to like this.

Taking a stroll through the local food "health natural "store does not bring us closer to understanding either, because you'll quickly realize that most foods are not different from the types of things you find in your grocery store average. Just come to the versions "healthier" or "green" of the Standard Rate but the aisles are so full of canned food as any supermarket.

A surprising proportion of foods that these shelves pack are breads, crackers, cereals, granola bars and other grain products. But do these foods have a place in the natural human diet?

If we are talking about grains or any other element of the human diet, that helps us do these three very important questions to determine whether a food is "natural" for human consumption.

1. Does sense?

2. Is it enjoyable in its natural state?

3. Which brings positive results when applied as a diet?

Please a field of wheat and just try to make a meal out of what you find around. Chances are you've never actually seen wheat in its refined state, but if not have a gizzard, which will be a very difficult thing to eat! It would take hours to produce a handful of grain, and then once they had, what would you with them? There are, of course, very tasty. Neither you, surrounded by wheat plants, either naturally stems chewing and spitting out the shells.

Cereals in their natural state are completely indigestible to humans, and although we managed to do all sorts of magnificent works of art with grains, are merely part of naturally the human diet.

1. Make sense? No!

2. Is it enjoyable in its natural state?

Well, if chewing the stems above makes mouth water, then it is possible that chance. For the rest of us, however, chances are good that grains and cereals in their natural state, leaves much to be desired.

Even when the grains have been stripped of the hulls and stalks we find with nature, most grain meals are drenched in salted and sauces spices to make them more acceptable.

So again, a resounding "No!" to question number two!

What we leads to question number three:

3. Which brings positive results when applied as a diet?

"The deterioration of the grain" by the Dr. Doug Graham, is a useful booklet on the subject of grains and the human diet. It is identified more than 12 chemicals in grains that behave similar to opiates in the human body. These chemicals are undoubtedly the cause of the very addictive quality of breads and cereals. Further proof lies in the fact that many people experience relief from chronic irritability and mood "disorders" when cereals and breads are eliminated from the diet.

Could be worse?

Well, yes!

Phytic acid is found in grains and is known to bind with existing calcium in the body during the digestive process. To do so, as a means of reducing the acidity caused by the consumption of grains in the body. How much grain consumption can contribute to conditions like osteoporosis would be very difficult to determine because of the fact that there has never been a long-term nutrition studies that have eliminated grains and cereals as a variable.

We know they are not particularly high in nutritional value, being very low in vitamins A, B and C. This is a solid source of carbohydrate, and we need carbohydrates, but we can get enough quality and much higher in the fresh, ripe fruits!

Although it has taught us that whole grains are a great source of fiber, the fact is that the fiber found in grains is very irritating to the intestine. Many sufferers of Irritable Bowel Syndrome know intimately, and the prevalence cereal consumption in our society, it is likely the largest contributor of cases of IBS.

Many children who suffer from concentration difficulties and irritability have experienced tremendous relief by eliminating these foods from your diet. Tonya Kay is a perfect example of someone who has suffered with severe forms of "bipolar disorder" by 7 years and simply by switching to a raw food diet completely "cured" herself of the need to continue consuming toxic medications.

They sprouted grains better?

Well, as I'm concerned, NO! First, I could never imagine myself foraging for sprouted grains to make my daily meals.

While some people claim that the release of enzymes and digestion of natural sugars and vitamins makes the grains easier to digest, I do not think that makes them more naturally adapted to the human diet.

We see the effects that these foods can have on people with eating disorders, instability emotional and obesity. I do not think it serves to keep us in the diet. In fact, I think is one of the first things that should be eliminated from the diet of a person wanting to improve their health, energy and general mood and outlook on life.

"What? N Breads, cereals and pasta, what I do?!"

Of course, for those accustomed to eating cereal for breakfast, a sandwich for lunch and pasta for dinner, the idea of eliminating grains from the diet may seem almost impossible and certainly a little scary!

Relax. I do not give up their noodles until done. But in the meantime, here is a valuable step approach in stages to help you made it happen:

A Step-by-Step Approach to eliminating grains from your diet

In order to start itself on a progressive decline of eliminating these foods from your diet, consider the following steps.

1. Start by removing the grain glutinous.

If you are not ready to make the leap to a full diet full of raw food that is high in fresh vegetables and ripe fruits, at least begin to move towards the grains do not contain gluten. Due to the prevalence of gluten intolerance in our society today (celiac disease is) is fairly easy to find rice pasta in most food stores.

Gluten contains a chemical that behaves much like morphine, and frankly PMS will become a thing mysterious past, when you get these nasty niblets your diet for once and for all!

Eliminating glutinous grains from the diet does wonders for that " little rounded belly "Most women tend to develop after a while. This piece of indigestible guck in the intestines virtually disappears after 3 days of the removal of grains and cereals from the diet!

2. Eating potatoes sweeter, and starchy vegetables cooked.

Fall in love different types of starchy vegetables that have detrimental effects much less consumption. The chances of finding a finding some potatoes in nature and causing a fire primitive is not impossible for me to imagine. While it is certainly not as easy, practical or nearly as tasty as plucking a fresh mango from a tree and losing myself in its sweetness, I can still imagine the possibility. Cauliflower and celery root make wonderfully cream soups (without cream, of course)!

So if you are not ready to eliminate cooked foods and go the way of juicy fruits and vegetables as well, at least to get the train of grain by the transition itself to more cooked, starchy vegetables.

3. Continue to increase the amount of fruits and vegetables in your diet.

It is not difficult to substitute a breakfast of cereal or toast for a fruit smoothie packed with bananas. Instead of pasta at dinner, go for a baked potato with a big salad! Continue with this gradient and immediately begin to experience the benefits of a diet high in fresh fruits and vegetables. That belly little bread will disappear, will stabilize their moods, and just start to feel better and better all the time!

Who knows, soon you will be signing yourself up for the 30th Council of Enlightenment System and declaring you a raw foodist for life!

What's your favorite granola / cereal bar?!?

And Nature Valley bars are healthy or not?

Nature Valley and Quaker Oats are my favorite! Nature Valley is so grains themselves are healthy but they tend to be higher in fat / sugar then most important cereal bars. (The trailmix is my favorite along with peanut butter!) I also love allbran bars! Krispie rice and the pure allbran. Hope I'v helped!

Description

This econometric study covers the latent demand outlook for granola bars and breakfast cereal bars across the states and cities of the United States. Latent demand (in millions of U.S. dollars), or potential industry earnings (P.I.E.) estimates are given across some 13,000 cities in the United States. For each city in question, the percent share the city is of it's state and of the United States is reported. These comparative benchmarks allow the reader to quickly gauge a city vis-a-vis others. This statistical approach can prove very useful to distribution and/or sales force strategies. Using econometric models which project fundamental economic dynamics within each state and city, latent demand estimates are created for granola bars and breakfast cereal bars. This report does not discuss the specific players in the market serving the latent demand, nor specific details at the product level. The study also does not consider short-term cyclicalities that might affect realized sales. The study, therefore, is strategic in nature, taking an aggregate and long-run view, irrespective of the players or products involved.

Description

Produced by Mike McGinnis and Allison Tartalia, "Ready" is the debut album Allison's listeners have long waited for: daring, uncompromising and challenging. The ten-song collection embraces a variety of styles and subject matters. "Ready" opens with the ethnic rhythms of 'Let It Go' and closes with the exquisite horn arrangements on 'Advent of You.' In between, she deftly fits the devastating 'Tide;' 'Dorothy's Reply,' a funk-inspired song that uses the Wizard of Oz as a metaphor for forging a path in the music industry; and the lusty title track, 'Ready' (recently awarded Honorable Mention in the John Lennon Songwriting Contest). Provocative and compelling, "Ready" paints the portrait of a fiercely independent woman struggling to find the balance between passion and control, love and freedom, ambition and surrender...Allison Tartalia is "Ready."
