What are some good recipes for minced beef crock pot?

Does anyone have any good recipes for minced beef crock pot can do for Christmas? No ground beef, chopped beef sandwiches just like BBQ minced beef. Thank you!

Just add a can of Manwich ... and "viola has sloppy joe sandwich filling!

This recipe is so simple that anyone could do it. In fact, this recipe can be made according to your schedule so that even if you are a working mother who did not come home until 5 or stay at home mom that you can spend an hour cooking dinner this recipe is very good for you. Not to mention this recipe will get rid of that piece of roast beef still leftover from dinner on Sunday.

What I like most about this recipe is that it has "parts" and each part can be done ahead of time or just before eating, never mind. I left 3 days before eating, but I have also made fresh when you eat and you know the same.

First you need to ensure have enough leftover grilled. I will give instructions for a family of four, but can be adjusted to your needs. For four people you want to make sure you have about 2 - ½ inch or more slices of roast (my family are meat eaters and like it better when there are 3 slices but 2 plants). Once you have the roast just follow the recipe.

Creamy beef stroganoff surplus
2 + pieces of debris beef cut into thin strips or cubes
½ teaspoon dried onion (optional)
1 can cream of mushroom
½ cup sour cream
Mushrooms (optional)
Egg noodles or rice

The easiest thing to prepare cut meat the night you have then put it in a container ready to go, but you can cut the day you make the stroganoff is entirely up to you. Place meat you in the electric skillet and sprinkle the onion if you wish. In a separate bowl, mix sour cream and cream of mushroom soup, if you want more mushrooms then slice few and add to soup mixture. Then pour the soup mixture over the meat and cook on low for 7-8 hours or high 3-4 hours. As for the noodles or rice can be cooked when I get home, or a couple of nights before. If you think being at home then I do that day, but I know that will be gone then do them the night before and paste it into the refrigerator. To warm, you can put one in a pan with a little water or simply add it to the slow cooker for half an hour.

With this leftover meat recipe can also cut the meat then freeze it. When ready to use it, just throw it in the frozen electric skillet and add another 30 minutes cooking time. I also doubled the recipe and half-frozen before the same. Then let thaw for about an hour on the counter after throw to the clay pot with ½ cup water and cook all day. End Littler thicker but still taste great. One caveat though. Do not freeze the noodles, are really horrible taste. The rice is good for freezing, but still its better what is cool.
