Need Help Allergy free lunch recipe for preschoolers that are fun!?

My daughter attends the preschool requires that snacks are dairy, nut free and gluten-free, that does not leave many options. The children are sick or get raw fruit and vegetables and apple sauce. Would greatly appreciate any suggestions recipe or snack brand.

I recently discovered I am allergic to gluten and im trying to order a diet for me. I have the basic anyway so its not too bad, but can anyone give me ideas of things they like to be gluten free. I started eating fruit. I feel great, but I would like as many ideas as possible to get a little variety in my diet so any suggestions would be great. Greetings to all:)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix first four ingredients in a food processor. Blend for one minute. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. When well blended, add the processor food, along with butter and milk. Mix well. Add chocolate chips, and click the "pulse" once or twice. Ladle the mixture into muffin molds full of papers, filling each paper to the top. Bake for 12 minutes, or until muffins are firm to touch. Cool and serve.
