When should I be concerned about a child to eat demanding?

My son just turned 20 months old and has been a demanding diner and about 10 months. He's only going to eat: peanut butter (with crackers, toasted not touch) grains, most fruits, jam Sammys (organic pb and j sandwiches), organic biscuits and snacks Annie and sometimes freeze dried vegetables. He takes milk and still nursing, but I want to wean in the next few months. That's it - give me new things all the time and did not even try a taste, and if you slip (Sneaks a bit of pizza at present) and spits it acts as I have tried to poison him! Is less than 5% of their weight. The only thing that keeps me sane is that he will drink a bit of a "broken" every day with yogurt, wheat germ, spinach, blueberries, cherries, bananas, oatmeal, a little protein powder, and some baby food mixed vegetable bags in. When you pass this stage and should I be concerned at this point? I can not think of any way to get to eat food, but any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Oh, makes me feel! My son just turned 2 a few weeks ago. I could not get to eat anything! He screaming and fighting. It was horrible! I took him to the doctor and said I could go three days eating out and not going to hurt. So the bottom line, if you do not eat that give then do not eat at all. So I went home and stuck to my guns! If you do not eat what you gave, then do not eat anything. It took about 3 days without eating, but eventually relented and began to eat things that he before the jaw. So far it is working. We still have our bad days, but is improving. Best of luck to you. I know how hard it is.
