Healthy Chocolate - What is it?

The concept of healthy dark chocolate is relatively new. Everyone knows that chocolate tastes delicious but most have no idea that healthy food is a right way.

Researching on the Internet, Xocai is the main product that appears in a search google. The company, MXI Corp, has been around for a couple of years, and offers a range of options for healthy dark chocolate.

They even make healthy chocolate chip cookies! Interestingly, now other companies, including Cadbury, is citing the health benefits of chocolate is healthy in their wrappers.

Is there really such thing as healthy chocolate?

When I was young, chocolate was considered a sweet, something that should not have too. Cadbury is true boasted a glass and a half of whole milk in each block, but can not be healthy considering what I've read about dairy and cholesterol?

Moreover, the chocolate has sugar in it, or you are very bitter. This was before the days they were aware of toxins in our environment and all the adulteration of food industry food.

You would have to conclude that the Cadbury chocolate was not healthy dark chocolate. Woudln't who have been great if we had chocolate is healthy in those days! No one even considered the possibility.

Research says that cocoa is healthy!

By grinding the beans, you get cocoa powder and cocoa butter. As a result, organic cocoa powder in its raw form, it has been shown to provide a wide range of health benefits.

Why not trade chocolate healthy

Other chocolate products. The healthier the chocolate is dark chocolate healthy, certified organic and contains a high percentage of raw cocoa. There are reports of healthy chocolate bars, healthy chocolate chip cookies, chocolate and other healthy snacks. I prefer a pure product organic black chocolate with proven health benefits.

What is a healthy chocolate? A healthy chocolate is organic and produced in an area where toxins are minimized. Not harvested by slave labor. It contains palm oil. The ideal is to be certified as organic and dark. You have to be cold processed to maintain the antioxidant value of the raw cocoa beans.

Healthy chocolate is low in calories, so weight gain is not a problem!
